Logistics services and stock control are two of our core activities. Seeking partners holding comprehensive, in-depth stocks of steel pipes, pipe components and valves is not an end in itself. Our business is all about getting these products to the right place at the right time in the right way. In order to do this as effectively and efficiently as possible, we are always on the lookout for new logistics concepts.

Regardless of the type of product, we are able to meet the most stringent specifications. Countless different kinds of material processing are possible to deliver materials to the customer ready for use.

Product quality is a top priority for IntProSer, so we require our suppliers to maintain strict standards. We carefully research suppliers by means of mill visits and questionnaires. All of our suppliers must also hold an ISO 9001 certificate. Only then are they added to IntProSer Approved Manufacturers List.

We also impose our own purchasing specifications on the stock we order, to take into account market requirements and developments in production standards, which enables us to assure our customers of consistent quality.

Holding a comprehensive, in-depth range of steel pipes, pipe components and valves is one of our core competencies. Our selective partner’s strategic stocks are held at various locations in US, Europe and the Middle East. IntProSer is also perusing opening a stock yard in Misurata.

Managing stocks is a critical aspect of our operations. Optimizing stock levels while continuing to guarantee our customers excellent service requires constant monitoring and fine-tuning. So we invest heavily in our people and in training, software systems and resources to achieve this.

IntProSer fill most of our customers’ orders from the general stocks held at various locations around the world. But for some customers we also manage specific stocks reserved for those customers only, based on their projected requirements. This assures them of sufficient materials without having to maintain extensive stocks themselves.

This service is particularly appropriate for customers who specialize in standard production (Original Equipment Manufacturers). Customer-specific stocks are also maintained for large projects.

We offer various types of export packaging, including loose, crates, bondless, boxes and film packaging. Naturally we also package to a customer’s specification, with straw edgings under the cable ties and skids between the bundles if required.

We can also apply painted marks or letters for you. This is often requested for larger projects. They can be painted dots, lines or rings. We can also stencil letter/number combinations onto materials; these might include order, package or item numbers.

To verify and confirm that our products are made and supplied according to specification, design drawings, legislation and regulations and other contract-specific requirements, we provide full documentation and document management services.

The documentation may consist of packing lists, LCs, material certificates, purchase specifications, order confirmations, invoices, price lists, catalogues and QA certificates. We provide the material certificates digitally and can put them together on CD-rom on a per project basis.

IntProSer offers a complete range of line pipe, both from stock and ex-mill. All items are manufactured by first class independent mills which have been approved and certified by the relevant International organizations (A.P.I., Lloyds, Bureau Veritas, D.N.V. etc.).
