Invest In People

Our Board of Directors are fully committed to the continued development and future progression of our staff, and took the decision to begin working towards our Investors In People (IIP) year 2008. This decision was aligned with our strategy to ensure that all training and development is focused on meeting business needs and raising the performance of individuals, teams and the Company as a whole.

IPS is fortunate to have extremely capable and committed employees; the average length of service is approximately 5 years.

Foreign Corrupt Practices Act

International Project Services and its management, decision makers and employees understand the provisions and compliance requirements of the US FOREIGN CORRUPT PRACTICES ACT (a copy of which is available at http://www.usdoj.gov/criminal/fraud/fcpa/.

Generally, the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 (“FCPA” or the “Act”) prohibits U.S. companies, their subsidiaries, as well as their officers, directors, employees, and agents from bribing “foreign officials” and also requires U.S. companies that issue debt or equity to maintain internal accounting controls and to keep books and records that accurately reflect all transactions.

Both the antibribery and the record-keeping and internal accounting controls provisions apply to worldwide operations. The FCPA is enforced jointly by the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) and the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ).

International Project Services hereby represents and warrants that neither representative nor anyone acting on its behalf will at anytime in connection with any International Representative Agreements it signs with any International Companies/Principals directly or indirectly; offer, pay, promise to pay, authorize the payment of, give, promise to give, or authorize the giving of money or anything of value to any Foreign Official ( as that term is defined in such Representative Agreement ) for the purpose of influencing any act or decision of such Foreign Official or in order to obtain business or gain competitive advantage.
